Goal of coaching

The goal of coaching is to help you discover your inner hidden potential, increase your self-confidence and self-awareness. All this, in order to find solutions to various challenges you are facing and to become the best in your operations.
As a coach, I am helping and supporting you on this path.

The result of coaching

Based on my personal experience as a leader, coach and coachee, I can say that coaching is a very effective way to give positive impact for personal development and to improve performance

As a result of coaching:

  • you have set yourself ambitious development goals;
  • you are more confident and more aware of your problems and have an ability to solve them;
  • you have discovered your hidden potential;
  • you have changed your behavioural patterns and achieved the goals set, or created the preconditions for it;
  • you are more effective in your day-to-day work;
  • you have improved relationships with your colleagues and a balanced your work and personal life.

Principles

The process of coaching
As personal development takes time, then coaching process usually takes place as a series of meetings. The duration of one meeting is about 1,5-2 hours. Depending on the goals and expected outcome, the whole coaching process takes 6-12 months.

Science behind coaching
The coaching process and methodology is based on the coaching and management principles and theory of John Whitmore. In addition, this is closely integrated with John Blakey and the Ian Day “Challenging Coaching” methodology.

When does coaching work?
Coaching is successful and effective only if the person himself/herself wants to deal with their own development. You must be open to changes and be ready to make a serious contribution to this process.

“Without couching, you will not achieve your maximum potential in any area. It's impossible.
You may be good. You may even be better than everyone else. But without a coach you will never be as good as you could be.
We are all better if someone reviews and evaluates us. Your own assessment is helpful, but evaluating by others, is essential”
